During the meeting, we looked at the severe penalties imposed by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and non-obvious consumer compensation proposals that may help to avoid these penalties. We discussed current cases in the area of greenwashing, exchange of information between competitors and the latest case law on mortgage loans.
