In this session, we looked at the specifics of funding – including project funding – in the CEE region, with a particular focus on the Baltic States and Romania. We compared these models to solutions known on the Polish market, pointing out the key differences, similarities and practical implications for sponsors and financial institutions. We also discussed the opportunities and challenges faced by Polish banks and sponsors interested in financial expansion in the region.
