There have been concerns in the European securitisation markets recently with respect to the Cayman Islands, largely prompted by their inclusion on the Financial Action Task Force's (the FATF) Monitoring List (the "FATF greylist"). Recent changes to the EU Securitisation Regulation also play a role.
