COP Perspectives Series

COP28 – the 28th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties, which takes place in Dubai from November 30 to December 12 – will provide the first Global Stocktake (GST) examining progress on climate action under the Paris Agreement. It will also focus on climate finance, energy transition and how to drive forward the loss and damage fund (established at COP27). These issues also present a range of challenges for our clients and we are helping them to future-proof their businesses as they assess the impact of COP28.

What happened at COP28? (December 2023)

Following on from our COP28 preview session, this webinar took place shortly following the end of the negotiations in Dubai. Our speakers – David Alfrey, Clare Burgess, Adam Hedley, Kumar Iyer, Roger Leese and Jeroen Ouwehand – drew out key outcomes from the negotiations and provided their perspectives on the implications for businesses.

Looking ahead to COP28 (November 2023)
