Series VII: Annual Bonds Seminar (May 2017)
The London and Warsaw debt capital market teams discussed new DCM market tax regulations, innovative bonds such as green or hybrid, the use of bonds in restructurings or multi-layer financings, and also explored issues related to high-yield covenants and due diligence.

Clifford Chance's lawyers shared their analysis of the trends on the Polish capital markets in view of the recent law changes concerning securities (including bonds) as well as new taxes in the context of bonds and other securities.
