This is the second of two Insights calls focusing on the obligations under EMIR. Our panel will provide an update on recent developments in relation to the EU and UK EMIR regimes, as well as an overview of future proposals. They will also examine areas of divergence between the two regimes and consider how counterparties may prepare for the upcoming changes. The previous call (available on the Financial Markets Toolkit) provided a "back to basics" overview of the requirements relating to the categorisation of counterparties, risk mitigation and reporting.
