The Mobility Directive (EU) 2019/2121 is to be transposed in the EU Member States by 31 January 2023. To that end, the Luxembourg Ministry of Justice introduced the bill of law 8053 to establish a new regime for the cross-border operations of companies between Member States. Our corporate specialists provided an overview of the expected changes to the Luxembourg corporate law.
