At this seminar, we discussed the principal trends on the renewable energy sources financing market since the auction system case into force. A bill on crowdfunding for business ventures and assistance to borrowers has been submitted to the Sejm (lower chamber of the Polish Parliament). It contains, among other things, a proposed procedure for replacing WIBOR and introducing an alternative benchmark.
